Stress Relief provides Instant Reset sessions, interactive calm games, and light progress tracking. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional care.

Accounts

A free account (email and password) is required to use the app so preferences and Premium can sync across devices.

Safe use

Take breaks as needed. The app is designed for short 1–5 minute resets — if you feel worse or are in distress, seek appropriate help.

Subscriptions

Premium unlocks the full experience library and personalized resets. Purchases are billed through Apple or Google and renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Restore purchases anytime in the app.
